Delivery

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible and within 3 working days. If you have a particular deadline, please state clearly when ordering and we will do our utmost to meet it.

Carriage

Carriage and packing is free for orders over £100 (excl VAT) delivered to the UK mainland. For smaller orders £7.00 is charged for carriage and packing. For all Islands and N. Ireland (except the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Skye) we use a courier service.

The following rates apply to these orders:

• Orders under £100 (excl VAT) £12.50.
• Orders over £100 (excl VAT) 10% of the order value.
• Orders over £1,000 (excl VAT) Carriage free.
